General Tickets, Upgrades and Extras:
Before the Event
There will be a refund fee if you request a refund before the event has started.
- More than 30 days prior to the event = 25% Refund Fee.
- Between 7 - 30 days prior to the event = 50% Refund Fee.
- Less than 7 days prior to the event = 75% Refund Fee.
- Special Circumstances = In cases of serious unforeseen circumstances that prevent event attendance, refunds will be considered.
After the Event
Below is the refund policy applicable to VIP tickets only:

- Up to 30 days prior to the event = 75% refund fee
- Less than 30 days prior to the event = 100% refund fee
After the Event
